I don't know if this is just for the amp or the set (Lap Steel, case and amp?) but I recommend somebody give them a call. I've bought from these sellers in the past (Music-Go-Round) and they take credit cards and will usually ship the items.
I'm not sure why it says "AS IS"? Maybe the amp needs a cap job or the lap steel needs work - but it could be a pretty good deal.
